How do i file a written objection with the court before a hearing takes place? sincerely, violet

Depends upon what the issue is. Different courts use different forms for different types of matters. In some case there is no form. I suggest you call or visit the county court office in your area. They have staff who can assist you with the right form/letter. It is also possible that no objection might be heard BEFORE the hearing. Again, this all depends upon the details.

Without knowing the nature of the hearing there is nothing we can really tell you. Mr. Brear clearly has not gone to a court clerk's office much, because they will not help you either. They will tell you that they cannot advise you.
