How do I find out if I am a benificary on someons will?

You'd have to ask the person. Wills are not public documents and are not filed with the court prior to the author's death.

In fact, it can be darned hard to find wills. I am constantly getting calls from people whose deceased relatives were clients of another local attorney whose name is similar to mine, asking if I have a copy of the will.
