how do i find out whats in my dads trust,my mom will not let me see it .

If a part of the trust became irrevocable when your father died, the trustee (probably your mother) is required to give you formal notice and a copy of the terms of the trust upon request. But if they have an estate under $3.5 Million, the trust may remain revocable until her death, and if so, she does not have to give you a copy.

Unless a portion of the Trust is irrevocable and you are a beneficiary of that portion of the Trust, your Mom does not have to tell the details of the Trust.
