Legal Question in Wills and Trusts in California

I did not sent out any formal notice to creditors because my mom had no debts. My concern is will I get in trouble with the court? I do not know of any known creditors that she would have owed money too and I have been the one that has handled all of her bills, money for the last 10yrs. I also would like to know can I sign a waiver of accounting if I am the sole beneficiary and the administrator with will annexed. I also worry if I file the final distribution it shows in example, that you by law sent notice to creditors what would I say? Thank you

You can change the line about notice to creditors to something like "There are no known creditors."

As for the waiver, yes, you can sign it.

You can waive accounting in the Petition for Distribution if you are the only beneficiary.
