Legal Question in Wills and Trusts in California

handwritten will

My husband and I have been married since the year 2000. He has property in only his name, but refuses to put me on them. He did though make out a handwritten will and had two witnesses sign it, the will leaves everything to me upon his death. He has two adult children and a ex-wife of 23 years. Am I protected by this handwritten will. Thank You.

Re: handwritten will

I'd need to review the will. My firm offers a one hour consultation for $275. If you're interested call my office and set it up. You can pay by telephone and fax over the will for review.
