Legal Question in Wills and Trusts in California

I've been married for 10 years. If I were to pass away would my wife be able to obtain assets to my financial accounts rather easily? We do not have joint accounts and I don't have a will. All my assets (less thank $100k) are at one bank where I have a checking, savings, and several IRA account. I'd like her to get these funds with as little hassle as possible, should something happen to me.

Things will be very smooth and easy if you arrange with your bank to make each account payable on death to your wife.
