Legal Question in Wills and Trusts in California
My mother passed away 3 years ago. As the executrix of her estate, i have sold her properties and distributed the funds according to the trust directives. There is approximately $1100.00 left in her trust bank account to pay for the final tax return preparation and any taxes that may be generated over this last year of 2016. Should I close her trust bank account now and transfer these funds to my personal accounts and make the final payments from my account?
