Legal Question in Wills and Trusts in California

Probate and family

My Aunt just passed away. She has no will. She was married to my Uncle. I am not a blood relative, I am the only surviving family member, What are my rights?

Please supplement your message. What was your aunt's first name (so we can see if you are the same person)?
