Legal Question in Wills and Trusts in California

Probate question

4 executors named in the will of a parent, 2 will not serve, leaves 2 left.

All live out of state.

One executor wants to control it all and is trying to force me out of the dual executorship.

I wish to serve and not be intimidated. How can you help.
