When do you need to change your will? Before or after you are remarried? Also, can the second spouse contest the will, if they are not in the will?

A will can be changed at any time; if you are getting married and plan on including this person in your will, it might make sense to wait, but legally you are under no obligation to wait until you are formally married to include that person in your will.
