Legal Question in Wills and Trusts in California

I believe that I may have signed a power of attorney when I was about 22 years old. Is there a way to verify this? If I am unsure of the date when I retract the POA can I just add in the year or a guestomation of the year?

Just state that you hereby revoke all previously made powers of attorneys include one that may have been made about X year. send a copy to the person who you gave the power of attorney to and anyone you think he may have filed the power with. Ask him to verify that he realizes he no longer has a valid power of attorney and to confirm in writing.
