Now I received a letter from her with a check that has been checked with penalties for item's she has deducted from my share of parents Will. I have been trying to find out what to do. Now I have placed a small claims suite against her claims of Thief and ask for clarification on her Actions against me along with a requested Court summoned Audited account of my parents assets ...Including banking details and insurance's payment, Real Estate, and Military. Small claims court is probably not the right place. Among other things, the small claims court does not have the power to order the accounting information you desire.

Your proper action is in the probate court of the county where the trust is headquartered. If you are already suffering because of the stress, you need to hire an attorney who can take care of this for you. The process in probate court will almost certainly be even more stressful.
