My Sisters and brothers have not given me my share of our inheritance. My sister actually owed my Dad almost 80,000 dollars before he died and my Dad was always saying to me how she never made any of her payments but maybe 3 in the past 10 years!!! My Moms estate was worth well over a million dollars. I cant get my sisters to call me back and they live 2 hours away so even the few times gone to their houses they wont answere the door. What can I do?

The type of proceeding depends on whether your parents had a trust, a will, or nothing at all.
