If the total valuation of the probate estate by the referee is $400,000, statutory executor and attorney's fees are $11,000 each. You will also incur a filing fee ($435-465 depending on court), publication cost ($120-280), referee fee (~$400) and miscellaneous expenses such as obtaining certified copies of Letters from the court ($25.50 each.)
