this tells me you are do your own trust and if this is true your question alone tells me you do not know the basics, tax effects and anvtages as well as the proper clauses to place in a trust based upon your own situation --- for that you need a good expet estate planning attorney --- you can pay me now or your spouse and or children can pay another attorney, me and the irs later -- please trust me ---- after over 30 years i have a very good intuition as to these qusestions and matters -- good luck and seek the advice of an attorney in person
