Legal Question in Wills and Trusts in California

I wrote the wrong thing. I need to file a final Inventory, There is a partial on file but the final has the referee's appraisal on it. I want to file this and a Petition for Distribution at the same time, can I do so? Hoping to waive accounting.

I think you need to file the final I&A first, because the date the I&A was filed is one of the things you have to allege in the Petition for Distribution. But as soon as you have the filed copy, and assuming 4 months have elapsed from the date letters were issued, all creditor's claims (if any) satisfied, etc, you can file the Petition.
