I do not have enough facts to determine whether or not you have a good case. First, is this case denied? If so, why? Are there any preexisting factors for purposes of apportionment? What are your limitations? What does the P&S report say? Is there a rating?

If you're not able to return to work 100%, then what part of you will show up for work? Just joking.

All-in-all, there are many questions that must be answered before anyone can give you an answer. Feel free to call my office at 818.385.0520 and I will be glad to answer any further questions.
