Legal Question in Workers Comp in California

hi,i have a question,i was at workers comp court on msc, then they made a offer and to 320,00 and I said it was to law and I said 370.00 but the defence sent me to see another vocational rehab expert when I went to see one about 3 years ago that said I was un-employedable and the status went to status conference, can they do that, and I told them I would take 350.00 to settle my permanent and stationary payments, and I sign the papers saying that I would take 350.00,but now my attorney wants me to get another update from the vocational rehab expert I seen about 5 years ago,is my attorney allowed to do that...

You signed 'papers' you would take $35,000? if the defendant has just $32,000 there is no agreement. The attorneys need to prepare for trial with the most thorough, up-to-date findings by the vocational expert, so YES your attorney is 'allowed' to do that.
