Legal Question in Workers Comp in California

Are there legal requirement in CA for the employer to pay my earned unused vacation while I am in recovery and paid only workers compensation benefits

Unless there has been a recent change in the law, you are only allow to use vacation time for vacations unless there is a company policy allowing it to be used for more activities.
