Legal Question in Workers Comp in California
Another MSC
After 7 years suffering aggravated herniated disks, received Notice of Ruling signed by WCAJ that case settled with Stips with request for award. Received new notice of another MSC NEXT month. Do not understand.

It might be related to medical billing as billing issues cannot settle until the case in chief settles. Look on the notice for special intstructions and see if you are excused
