Legal Question in Workers Comp in California

My QME appointment was changed from the original time to another without my knowledge. If I did not confirm by calling the office, I would have missed it. Can this disqualify my QME?

quite possibly, yes... the QME is required to provide a time/place for an evaluation within 60 days: 31.3. Scheduling Appointment with Panel QME. (E) When the selected QME is unable to schedule the evaluation within ninety (90) days of the date of that party's initial appointment request, either party may report the unavailability of the QME and the Medical Director shall issue a replacement pursuant to section 31.5 of Title 8 of the California Code of Regulations

SO IF you got a list of 3 Jerk Doctors THIS is your chance to write to the Medical Unit in Oakland and request a replacement doctor because the panel qme refused to set you within the requisite 60 days.

BUT HURRY!
