Termanated while on Workmans Comp

I was hurt on the job about a yr ago, fell down a flight of stairs.

I have severe back and leg pain was able to return to work on a 50% reduced schedule. worked for the company for 28 yrs

Now my company has termanated me based on restructuring. I can not get a new job until i am released from workmans comp. what should i do?
