I need to review either a P & S report or a QME report to find out the proposed rating and whether there are other body parts involved as well (i.e shoulder, back, neck etc.). Another major item is future medical care that may be greater in value than the permanent disability calculations. It would be very difficult to put a value on a case without having all these facts.
