Legal Question in Workers Comp in California

I have been out of work for 20 months on a denied work comp claim and my employer has now terminated me when I was found totally disabled by soc sec. Can they do this without informing me?

I do not understand what you mean that your employer did not inform you that you were terminated. Do you mean that they terminated you months ago but did not tell you? You need to clarify the situation.
