You need to retain an attorney to refer you to a worker's compensation doctor. Your own doctor may provide some treatment but the med-legal reports from a worker's compensation doctor can get you a reasonable settlement in addition to treatment. You can't simply go to any insurance company doctor either because most of them will send you back to work quickly and report to insurance company that you have no injury or 100% recovered .
