Workmans comp and FMLA

I got injured at work 07/16/2007 and my company is using my FMLA and I've been on workmans comp Now workmans comp said that they over paid and now I don't know what to do for money the AME report said I can go back to work with accommodation now work says they don't know if they can accommodate me. Please help I thought they can't use your FMLA for work related injuries
