Legal Question in Medical Malpractice in Canada

Doctor perscribes wrong medication and kills my Mom

My mother had pneumonia and was perscried a pill

was slow in working so the doctor changed her pills

she started taking and 3 days later she was dead

and had no other health problems before this the doctor

that looked at my mom said it could have been caused by the pills because she had no other problems the name of the pills were tequin she was 57yrs old when I went to see my mom's doctor she was defensive and scared and when I asked if the pills killed my mom she just about admitted it

and told me she can no longer talk to me and asked me to leave and told me to get a lawyer and my research on this pill I found out many call it the pill of death and this pill has killed before.
