Legal Question in Appeals and Writs in Colorado

My boyfriend

He posted bond in mesa county jail and then denver has a no bond held on him and they keep making court dates in denver that counter act his ones in junction so denver has not picked him up and wont for another few weeks if the dates dont get messed up? Is there any laws on how long they are allowed to hold him?

He may be held 15 days, or longer. Perhaps less. You need to say what it is he is facing. Is it suspicion of a felony? Of a misdemeanor? Or revocation of probation? Or violation of parole?
