is there a cost to file a mechanics lien in Colorado?

I believe the filing fee is set by the County Clerk and Recorder.

In Summit County it is $5 per page.

The law regarding mechanics liens is complex and must be followed to the letter to be able to foreclose on the lien. For example, notice must be provided at least 10 days before filing.
