Legal Question in Consumer Law in Colorado

I purchased a Greenhouse for around $2,700. There were issues where it was sent to the wrong place, then shipping was later then we were told so we asked for our almos $400 in shipping back. We were refused but promised 6 upgrades. We recieved 1 item that does not work for the greenhouse, not an upgrade and we were missing pieces. I asked for the shipping plus the promised upgrade and was refused. I filled a desput with my bank but as there was no itemized prive list didnt know what amount to ask for so the bank said they would call me. I didnt get a call from my bank and they refunded the entire amount. Now the company who sold me the greenhouse is telling me he is going to send me to jail. Is this possible?

Based on the paragraph you have written, it doesn't sound like anyone could be sent to jail. You have a contract dispute that may end up in a civil court.
