will Colorado extradite from Florida for class 1 mistimeener. what requirements for transforing probation to another state

CO will not pay for this, but that does not mean FL cops will not arrest you and hold you until CO tells them they will not extradite. You'll spend a few days in jail until this is figured out. To tranfer probation, CO court needs to agree, FL probation needs to agree, then transfer and start with compliance. I have helped many clients transfer to FL. All without jail. I've also had some arrested in FL and worked for their release. Don't wait for the cops to arrest you, get transferred and completed up front.
