Legal Question in Criminal Law in Colorado

My girlfriends ex husband, has been following us around town and most recently tried to show up at the restaurant we were at just to harass us. He doesnt harass me directly but has driven by my house looking for her. If my girlfriend is there he will attempt to contact her and guilt her into leaving. She has charged him with harassment twice, once for following us around town and again for driving by my house while she was there. She has had to call the suicide hotline on him a half dozen times because he threatens to kill himself with the gun he owns. If his friends tell him that my girlfriend and I are together he threatens suiced or to tries to find us. He constantly verbally harasses her, but escalates whenever we're together. Can I get a restraining order against him?

If you are fear of physical harm, you can go to the county court and file a restraining order against him. You may call the police if you feel he stalking you and or your girlfriend.
