Legal Question in Criminal Law in Colorado

Thank you to the two lawyers that answered my question about protection order in El Paso County 80905

My next question pertains to the same protection order. YES, unfortunately the continuous contact by protected party has led to violation and arrest of the restrained party.

Question 2) Can restrained party or another member of the household file a protection order against the protected party?

If yes, please explain the details for doing so. ( it's all in the wording) Thank you

Anyone can file a restraining order against anyone else. To get it issued, you have to show the Court that there is a risk of imminent harm if the restraining order is not granted.
