Legal Question in Criminal Law in Colorado

I received a voice mail.number stated is from 911 then a man who seems to be very upset states to me my name and also told me that I need to call the Illinois state secretary for fraud don't state what type of fraud charges against me but if I don't call in 30 minutes that a local sheriff will come to arrest me for a warrant for Fraud and I will be looking at 6 months in jail but I have never done anything wrong that I would have gotten such a charge I have just opened up a new business and also have been doing a lot of online applications for a small amount for a loan so what do I need to do to clear my name t?

This sounds a lot like a scam - I have had some experience with these threatening phone calls. Your best bet is to contact a local attorney and have that lawyer contact the FBI - to see if the call is legitimate or part of scheme. If it turns out to be legitimate the attorney can determine what the case is really all about and represent you accordingly.. good luck
