3rd DUI
My boyfriend just got his 3rd DUI and he refused the test because he knew he was over the limit, therefore the officer took his license on the spot. His last DUI was 12 or 13 years ago. What could he be looking at? How long might he not have his license? Will he likely do jail time? If so, for how long?

He could get up to a year in jail and lose his license for 2 years.
