Is Jail Time Probable for first DUI Offense

I recently received a DUI citation for excessive alcohol

content with an estimated BAC of .22, Do you feel that it

is probable that I will do mandatory jail time if I have

retained the legal services of an experienced DUI attorney ?

Every county and judge is a little different, so without more information, it is hard to predict.

But - if you BAC is over .2, then the statutes require a 10 day jail sentence. That can be in home detention or work release. If we are able to show that the test was inaccurate in some way, we may be able to get the likely BAC under .2 and get you out of the mandatory sentence. There are ways to do this.
