Legal Question in DUI Law in Colorado

license

Over this past weekend i got pulled over and arrested for d.u.i.. This is my first d.u.i., but when i was a juvenile i recieved three minor in possesion of alcohol tickets. I am wondering if that will count against me in court or if it wont even be brought up since i am a adult now. thanks

Re: license

It is doubtful that MIP will be used in any way in this case. It is possibly used in determining sentence or alcohol treatment level.

Regarding your DUI, was it a blood or breath test? Have you requested a DMV hearing on your license? If you have not yet requested one, you should know that you have 7 days from the date of notice of revocation to request a hearing. DMV hearings can be won. Do not request that the officer be present until after reviewing the file. If you want representation on this, call me 720-406-6969 or email.
