misdemeanor dui probation

I plead guilty to a 2nd offense dui, in denver, co. I have in home detention and a weekend in jail. Is there a statute of limitations if i dont report for probation, and is denver likely to come and get me for the violation. And is there anything else i need to be concerned with such as drivers liscense being revoked ?

Re: misdemeanor dui probation

no statute of limitations and so the punishment can be up to 1 year of jail. They will put out a warrant, and they may try to find you at you house. A warrant will issue and your DL can be suspended until that warrant is cleared up - at least the OJW fee.
