Legal Question in Family Law in Colorado

I have been going through divorce proceedings for over a year now with a final orders hearing scheduled for next month. I recently found out I am pregnant with my boyfriend's baby. Should I tell my attorney and, if so, will he be required to disclose that information to the judge or is it kept confidential?

Any communication with your attorney is confidential and the attorney cannot disclose it unless you allow him/her to do so (short of information about committing a future crime). You likely do not need to disclose this info, as it's likely not relevant, though it might benefit you to disclose it (it could effect child support). You should discuss it with your attorney.
