Legal Question in Family Law in Colorado

My husband and I have been married almost 1 year. He was recently incarcerated and I recently found out by his ex that they are still married. I researched marriage and divorce records and found out there is not a divorce decree under his name or her name. There are records of both marriage license for him and his ex as well as him and myself. He is not currently aware of what I have found out....what should I do from a legal stand point and does this mean he is legally married to both of us or is his marriage to me voided??

I am sorry to hear that. You can file for invalidity of marriage and have the marriage annulled if that is what you want to do. We can help if you need help as we have experience with this (unfortunately). Do keep in mind it's possible he thought he was divorced - we have a case right now where our client thought the divorce was final and got remarried and it was never final.
