Legal Question in Family Law in Colorado

I got married in 2009 and recently found out that he married somebody else 3 months before we got married. Meaning he was already married when I married him. So is our marriage valid? Im asking because I want to marry someone else. But not sure if imarried or not.

That marriage is not valid, but you have to file for invalidity of marriage still. You also need to divorce the first husband as well. We have done this a few times.
