Re: relocation

It is always risky to predict how a relocation case will go. The Court has a long list of factors to look at when considering whether to approve a relocation motion. This includes not only the amount of parenting time, but where extended family lives, what ties the child has in the community, and why the party is relocating. It also has to consider how reasonable parenting time can be set up if the move is permitted. In your circumstances, assuming all other factors are either in your favor or neutral, you may have a very good chance of having the relocation approved.
