Legal Question in Family Law in Colorado

Short story. Husband was divorced in 2001. 2004 stopped paying ex because she would not give him his items listed in divorce papers. 2010 she is remarried, lives in utah, we are in CO. 2016 she gets a judgement against him in our county for back alimony. Can she be held in contempt for not returning his items including a Kodak Browning Camera that was his fathers (my husband is 66) and can she go after his business which is incorporated?
