Legal Question in Immigration Law in Colorado

Hi, I am currently on H1-B US visa, working with Company A and accepted offer from company B with joining date of 1st May 2014. I am still working for company A and filling of Transfer from Company B took time(got filled on 14th May receipt number available now). In meanwhile PayStub from company B started as they completed with HR process/Joining formalities. I have not filled I-9 form(First day of joining) for company B. Can we get answer to following questions?

1) Would it be considered dual employment?

2) It will have impact on my current H1-B transfer?

3) Stopping of Paystub from Company B would create some impact on H1-B Transfer?

4) Any other issue with US visa due to this in near future ?

5) Any issue on Employment due to this issue?

If company B is represented by counsel, then I would highly recommend speaking with their attorney regarding this matter.

Your questions are far too complex for this limited forum. If the employer does not have an attorney, then you might want to consult with one yourself, to review your file & answer your questions.
