Legal Question in Immigration Law in Colorado
My husband is a Canadian citizen who wants to move to me in the USA. I am an American born citizen. We don't want to relocate him until he at least has Employment Authorization completed. Is there a way he can stay in Canada working until his EAD card is approved and received.
