Legal Question in Immigration Law in Colorado

Hi, Quick question on Naturalization application, I will complete 57 months after my PR (EB2) in May 2015. I was laid off 6 weeks after getting my PR (this was after filing second AC21) + I changed my next company because it was closing down (no employment breaks here) & then I took 1 week break before I started my current job. I have been unemployed only 45 days as at today. I have had 2 traffic tickets (speeding & rear ended the car in front), for both I took traffic safety class and paid fines. Will that pose a problem during citizenship interview?

Hi. Generally speaking it should not. However, I have seen some USCIS offices challenge whether or not an alien was lawfully adjusted when the employment terminated shortly after the alien received LPR status. The law they use to justify their inquiry is INA 318. It might be worth having counsel for this case?
