Legal Question in Wills and Trusts in Colorado

I Have an issue with a home closing . The deed is not in my mother's name and my father has been deceased for a few years. I found no will stating anything about the house and when they bought it years ago they did it as tenents in common. The title company will not let the house closed unless it gos through probate?? Please help with what I need to do

If they were tenants in common, you unfortunately will need to go through probate to transfer title to your mother. I do it for a flat fee if you need assistance and it's not a problem to work in Colorado Springs since everything is done electronically. Hope this helps.
