Legal Question in Bankruptcy in Connecticut

bankruptcy claim after the 341

what grounds can a creditor file a claim after the 341 meeting , with in the 60 days, there were no assetts to forward.

they are requesting to keep the lien and not be discharged, does there have to be proof of exemptions or what ??
