I believe that nay use of your property when you are no longer emplyed, is theft,since you pay for aol (assuming you pay on your own adn not thru the company). I dont know about the privacy issue, but I would let the police know that they are stealing from you since your account is being used without your permission. Check your employee handbook first to see if they are allowed to do this. YOumay have agreed to it when you were hired.
