Dui

I got a DUI and i was told i had to take 10 class's and i would be done with the program and my DUI. I went to the clas's and had one excussed absence from before a vaction planed before I got the DUI and The first day I missed since i didnt relize it had started and the last day i miss because i was sick and since i missed 1 too many days they said i couldnt get there certification that I passed and i had full time work and school untill around now

You probably will need to ask a judge for permission to complete the DUI classes. A judge may even want you to start and pay for the classes all over again - which is still preferable to having a dui conviction on your record. You do not necessarily need an attorney, but your chances of being readmitted to the program will probably be greater if you are represented.
